Whilst staying close to Mildenhall in Suffolk it would be rude not to take the opportunity for some Parkrun Tourism by visiting the local Parkrun at Mildenhall Hub.
The course is a flat 3 lap course on a Mix of Tarmac, Grass and Gravel tracks. The day I visited they had a take over by Newmarket running club. They also provided Pacers so this was great chance for a PB! A 180 fellow runners took part on a warm yet cloudy morning. I stuck with the 29 min pacer as my fastest parkrun to date was 29m 14. As I started the 3rd lap, I was feeling good and decided to push to the end, leaving the pacer behind I crossed the finish line at 28m 46s. Oh yes smashed it!
